Tific Support Analyst Console is the support analyst's tool that enables a highly streamlined interaction with end-users. The console is versatile in that it provides for a variety of ways to solve end-user issues. If users fail in solving issues through Self Service a trouble ticket including relevant end-user computer information is automatically routed to the most appropriate support analyst. The Support Analyst Console makes searching the support database easier by only showing solutions that are applicable to a specific user, it also allows for co-browsing of the support database and for support solutions to be pushed to the end-user computer.

The console is as powerful as it is flexible and can be integrated with leading trouble ticketing systems and third party solutions including chat and remote control.
