Tific Server is a knowledge database tailored for support information; all support knowledge is stored in user-friendly guides that follow standards set by Tific Style Guide. Support knowledge that previously have been contained in widespread locations such as enterprise intranets, distributed documents or even on post-it notes and in the heads of technicians is gathered in Tific Community, developed in Tific Creator and finally stored in Tific Server.

Tific Server supports multiple languages in a way that significantly reduces maintenance of large support databases - each solution is stored in one place while texts and images are stored in layers on top of the solution. Tific Server has standard configurations for handling every customer demand relating to response time, traffic load, redundancy, backup, etc. It is indeed a scalable solution that can be set up for large, global organizations.
